Amalinda †††
Matopos National Park In Zimbabwe $$$$
Camp Amalinda is adjacent to Matopos National Park. The Park is known for their white rhino. Here you cruise the bush roads looking foe rhino spore. Once found you make the final stalk on foot. And of course you are accompanied by an experienced game ranger. It’s a thrill! Other plains game species can be found in the park including sable. In addition there is the grave site of Cecil John Rhodes at Worlds View. Remember it was he who founded the Rhodes Scholarships. The Park is also rich in Bushman rock art. The camp is tucked into massive granite boulders. The chalets are spacious, well appointed, and incorporate the rocks as room features. Sitting around the massive teak table savoring delicious food is a real treat.
