Thornybush Game Reserve is one of our favorite reserves because it’s rich in game.  The exclusive Five Star Main Lodge with stylish air-conditioned suites and extensive living areas overlooks the seasonal Monwana River.  These suites, each with full en-suite facilities, plus an outdoor shower along with private decks, have sweeping vistas of the savannah and an ever-active water hole below.  In addition there are new safari suites that feature private plunge pools, and the staff will attend to your every need.  The entire facility is great for when you aren’t on a game drive.  Regardless of your choice of accommodations, many returning guests have commented that “Thornybush” was Africa at its best.
